Instructions:
Preheat oven
3 oz greek yogurt
3 oz whipped cream cheese
1/2 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Dab of cinnamon
1/2 scoop MTS Pumpkin Pie Machine Whey
2 packets of Splenda
Once mixed, pour into an oven-safe ramekin
Bake for 15 min at 325 F
Lower temp to 200 F and bake for another 15 min
Allow cheesecake to cool (best if put in the fridge overnight)
