What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?
As a junior in high school I was very overweight. I didn't like the way I looked and I just didn't feel comfortable in my own skin.
The turning point for me was one day I got out of the shower and looked in the mirror. I remember saying to myself: "Something has to change."

What Was Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation?
I did intense weight training for one to one and a half hours a day and did 30 minutes of cardio on top of that.
What Was Your Eating Plan During Your Transformation?
I ate a high protein, high fat, low carb diet. My only carb sources were brown rice and sweet potato. I mostly ate chicken, rice, sweet potato, and a lot of veggies.

I only took
multivitamins. But before my workout I took Clash and Vasky
What Were Your Major Accomplishments or Milestones?
My major accomplishment was losing my muffin top and not fitting into my old clothes.

Cheating occasionally, skipping more than one day a week, not getting enough sleep.
3 Biggest Things You Learned During Your Transformation?
- If you stay committed you can do anything.
- Always keep learning.
- And most of all don't give up.
Final Words of Advice for Others Looking to Make a Change?
Always stay determined and strive to be better all the time. Always go 120. Never give up.
