Good quality!!!

I’ve been using this for over ten years. Amazing for recovery after the gym as well as digestive health benefits. I’ll never stop using this product as long as I exist. Both flavors are ok.

Been using Glutamine Select for five years and always find digestion works better when using it. Also helps with stress and clarity of mind and seems to help protein absorbtion at least subjectively.

Been using this stuff for years. One of my fav bcaa supplements. Bitter in taste but I find myself craving it.

Muscle recovery

I used to only use this around extreme workouts or endurance events, but recently started using it daily during Spartan training. The quicker you recover the quicker you can resume intense training. Good stuff.

Not a fan

While the select ingredients are decent, minus sucralose and corn syrup, the taste is not great. I previously used mts machine fuel and thought I'd try something new. Going back to machine fuel.
