    Awesome nootropic effect, and perfectly re cooperative sleep.

    Extremely relaxing, the flavor is like apple pie, or a spiced applecider; I bet it would taste great warm, like a hot cider. takes a about 20 or so minutes, you start to feel warm and sleepy. But my favorite part was the feeling you had the next day, most restful refreshing sleep ever, and calm as cucumber all day long. It has a habit of settling at the bottom of the cup, if you don't drink it straight down, but it didn't bother me to much. When I research the ingredients I would say that alternate taking it weekly, one week on one week off to avoid tolerance issues, plus it make a jar last a little longer. Really wish there were more products like this one on the market; really hope that tiger will restock this one soon.
