To effectively target a trigger point area or joint, such as the elbow, begin wrapping slightly above or below target location with a half-inch overlap. You want to maintain adequate tension, roughly 75%, in the band. Fully wrap the band around desired area then perform natural movement patters relative to the joint (flexion/extension/rotation etc..). You want to execute full ranges of motion.
Keep the band on for 1-2 minutes then take it off. Reapply 1-2x with a couple minutes rest between sessions.
