Pretty Good

I like the flavor and it has an extra 40 or so calories more than protein powder. The thickness helps me feel full longer also.

Love this product

It tastes great and helps with macros. It's a 12 ounce drink with low calories so you are a little full after. Wife is picky and also likes the flavor so we ordered several more. Chocolate flavor is better than vanilla flavor but vanilla isn't terrible.
