Great for gaining muscle but..

This stuff is great for gaining muscle, there was a clear difference while I was using this supplement. I gained 16 lbs muscle in 4 weeks. However, make sure you eat food prior to taking this. I had a couple mornings running late and took them on an empty stomach. 20 minutes later my mouth would salivate intensely and then within that same minute I would *****. I warn you because this happened at work and I BARELY had time to get to the restroom. Just EAT first, thats all I say.

So far so good. Been

So far so good. Been taking for a week and I have noticed an uptick in my energy levels at the gym allowing for a stronger and longer pump. Looking forward to finishing the 12 weeks cycle. Not following their workouts as they recommend but get 90 min or so in the gym 6 days a week as is.
