I'm glad I used my points for this Performance Fasting book instead of paying $8 for it. It was definitely written by Professional the CEo & Brancj Manager of the products sold by Tiger Fitness. I was hopeful for their expert advice on Fasting but was disappointed. Limited info about practical fasting, the primary focus was SUPPLEMENTS they sell. A whopping 2.5 pages covering medical fasting and the history of fasting. 1 paragraph on Macros regarding protien for weight lifting. I'm knowledgeable of fasting and have done so for years. I was hoping to learn a few tips or details other than take supplements. After reading the supplements suggested, I noticed overlapping qualities in several. They suggest money saved by skipping meals would offset the "pricey" cost of supplements, which is hilarious. Supplements are important but most of these would break a clean fast.
I picked this book up to learn more about fasting. From reading it I have implemented it in my life as my as I can. Mostly weekdays I can get 16-17 hours in, weekends are 14 or so but I have had significant weight loss fasting and using a lot of the products in this book and Tiger fitness with exercising and I have dropped 25 pounds in 6 weeks!!
Good little book of knowledge. IF has been my go to for a while now and this book made me want to try fasting longer in the day.

I actually bought this for my brother-in-law, because he is into fasting. I loved it over and it seems like a very good book and he will enjoy it.
