These are great easy to swallow no aftertaste

This is an amazing multivitamin from a very repudaable company and my first time taking their optimism-men supplement. It has all the daily vitamins you’d need, but don’t forget to still eat your fruits and veggies as this is a SUPPLEMENT. It smells pretty bad though...seriously. Despite that, I wouldn’t go with any other multi. For the price and the contents you get a great supplement that doesn’t get you bloated, doesn’t hurt your stomach, and won’t give you gas.

Ive had a great experience! I’m going on my second month using opti-men and I feel great! More energized, stronger in my gym routines, and even have noticed hair regrowth (something I had been struggling with). I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great men mi multi-v.

I like the fact that this product contains vitamins/minerals PLUS an amino blend, vegetable/fruit blend, and enzyme blend. Even though these amounts are huge, every little bit helps to supplement where I lack getting these nutrients in my diet. Plus the pills are easy to swallow and are a good price for how many servings are in a bottle.

I think I'll stick with this multi for a while, it's only 3 pills a day easy to swallow, and I think the covered all the ingredients I was looking for but didn't over do it on stuff either. Good value too.
