Mixes Great. Tastes Fine. Reasonably Priced.

Bottom line up front: This is my new protein powder for daily use. I've found that plant protein mixes are so much easier on my stomach and intestines than whey, casein, or beef protein powders. This one was priced really reasonably, especially for plant protein, and I have it a shot. First, it mixes really easily. I can throw it in a shaker cup, and I don't even need a blender ball. It mixes very smoothly without any gritty feeling. The taste of this one was actually pretty decent as well. Normally if a protein powder says to mix into 8oz of liquid, I cut that down to 6oz to make it thicker and taste better. I don't recommend that for the VPro. The taste is balanced well for 8oz, and I thought it tasted too strong with anything less. At 8oz (especially with almond milk) it was quite tasty.
