I picked this book up to learn more about fasting. From reading it I have implemented it in my life as my as I can. Mostly weekdays I can get 16-17 hours in, weekends are 14 or so but I have had significant weight loss fasting and using a lot of the products in this book and Tiger fitness with exercising and I have dropped 25 pounds in 6 weeks!!
Good little book of knowledge. IF has been my go to for a while now and this book made me want to try fasting longer in the day.

A helpful, informative book anyone and everyone should read. Fasting has always helped my fitness goals and it helped clear up any information that wasn’t legitimate. Give it a shot. You won’t regret it
