Red Velvet Whoopie Pies

 

Nutritional Info Per Whoopie Pie

Protein - 21g
Carbs - 17g
Fat - 9g

Preheat oven to 350 F

Mix in bowl:

1 scoop MTS Red Velvet Machine Whey
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbs cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbs stevia
1 whole egg
1 tbs melted coconut oil
3 tbs apple sauce

On a baking sheet pour batter to make 6 cookies

Put in the oven for 8-10 min at 350 F 

For the filling mix together:
3/4 scoop MTS Machine Iso
1 tsp Stevia
"Better Stevia" drops
2 ounces fat free cream cheese

Once the cookies have finished cooking allow them 10 minutes to cool before adding the filling.
