Zucchini Pumpkin Muffins

 

Nutritonals per muffin​​:
Protein - 5g
Carbs - 17g
Fat - 4g

Instructions:Preheat oven to 350°

Mix in one bowl:
1.25 cups organic whole wheat flour
1.5 scoops MTS ISOLATE 100% Grass Fed All Natural Whey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda

Mix in separate bowl:
1/2 cup cashew milk
1 whole egg
1 medium shredded zucchini (1 cup)

*Absorb out the water with a cloth*
3/4 cup pure pumpkin
1/4 cup agave
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

Add dry mix into wet ingredients and mix

Fold into mix:
1/2 cup organic dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup coconut flakes

Add mix using a 1/4 cup to muffin tray

Cook at 350° for 15-20 minutes
