We all need an on the go, healthy, high protein snack. We all buy them at the store. Why not make our very own healthier ones at home?! Make them any which way you want. Thanks to Kara Corey, you now have your very own recipe!

Ingredients

3 scoops of MTS Machine Whey Chocolate Chip Cookie Protein
1 ½ cups of oats
5 tbs. peanut butter
⅓ cup almond milk
2 tbs. applesauce
½ tbs. cinnamon
2 tbs. Stevia

Directions

Melt peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients with melted peanut butter.
Take mixture and spread evenly in a cooking tray.
Put in freezer for 30-6 minutes.
Cut into even bars.

Recipe Note

Optional toppings: Add coconut shavings, melted peanut butter, melted dark chocolate, etc. Make it your own!
