Mmmm, Brownies! They're always so addicting. How would you like to be able to still have brownies and not feel too guilty that you had one or two more?! Now you can! Kara Corey made her very own Protein Brownies and she's here to share the recipe with you so you can enjoy them too.

Ingredients

2 scoops of MTS Machine Whey Chocolate Protein
1 cup of flour
3 tbs. cocoa
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
⅓ cup Splenda
1 tbs. ground coffee
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. applesauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix MTS Machine Whey Chocolate Protein, flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, Splenda and ground coffee in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix egg whites, vanilla extract and applesauce.
Take both mixtures and combine them together.
Pour into a baking pan (Square 8x8 or 9x9, or Rectangle 9x13).
Bake for 20 mins.
