Finger Extension Stretch Instructions

  • Hold one arm out in front of you with the palm facing down.
  • Use your other hand to gently straighten the fingers of the extended hand.
  • Keep the wrist neutral and use only a light stretch through the palm and fingers.
  • Hold briefly, release, then repeat before switching hands.

*Tips*

  • Use light pressure; the goal is controlled range of motion, not aggressive stretching.
  • Keep your elbow relaxed and avoid forcing individual finger joints.
  • Stop if you feel pain, tingling or catching in the hand or wrist.
