Finger Extension Stretch Instructions
- Hold one arm out in front of you with the palm facing down.
- Use your other hand to gently straighten the fingers of the extended hand.
- Keep the wrist neutral and use only a light stretch through the palm and fingers.
- Hold briefly, release, then repeat before switching hands.
*Tips*
- Use light pressure; the goal is controlled range of motion, not aggressive stretching.
- Keep your elbow relaxed and avoid forcing individual finger joints.
- Stop if you feel pain, tingling or catching in the hand or wrist.
