Plantar Fascia Ball Roll Instructions

  • Sit on a stable chair with both feet on the floor.
  • Place a small, firm ball under the arch of one foot.
  • Roll the ball slowly from the heel toward the ball of the foot, then return to the heel.
  • Use light to moderate pressure and keep the movement controlled.
  • Complete the set on one foot before switching sides.

*Tips*

  • Start with a softer ball if a firm ball feels too intense.
  • Keep the pressure comfortable and avoid rolling directly over sharp pain.
  • Stop if pain increases or persists, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
