Standing Knee Drive Instructions

  • Stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart and brace your core.
  • Shift your weight into one foot while keeping the planted knee soft.
  • Drive the opposite knee forward and up until your thigh is close to parallel with the floor.
  • Pause briefly without leaning back, then lower your foot under control.
  • Complete all repetitions on one side before switching legs.

*Tips*

  • Keep your ribs stacked over your hips so the low back does not take over.
  • Use a wall or rack for light support if balance limits your range of motion.
  • Move smoothly and stop if the drill causes sharp pain or numbness.
