Standing Knee Drive Instructions
- Stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart and brace your core.
- Shift your weight into one foot while keeping the planted knee soft.
- Drive the opposite knee forward and up until your thigh is close to parallel with the floor.
- Pause briefly without leaning back, then lower your foot under control.
- Complete all repetitions on one side before switching legs.
*Tips*
- Keep your ribs stacked over your hips so the low back does not take over.
- Use a wall or rack for light support if balance limits your range of motion.
- Move smoothly and stop if the drill causes sharp pain or numbness.
