What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?I had a problem with food. Ate 2-3 chocolate a day. Bags of chips. Cookies, 2-3 liters of Coca-Cola. I could not tie my shoes without getting dizzy.
My turning point began when the doctor told me that I had a pre-diabetic condition. I had problems with bile and must have surgery. I said, "No one will cut me." My journey began.
Two years later, I look and feel completely different. There was no operation. I am in excellent
health!
What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?Avoiding sweets.
Detail Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your TransformationFirst year 3 times a week full body workout. Second year 2 days push/pull split.
Detail Your Diet/Eating Plan During Your TransformationFirst year typical bodybuilding diet. Six meals a day. Second year on keto diet.
For supplements I used whey protein, casein, and creatine.
What Was Your Major Accomplishment, or Major Milestones?I could see my abs in first six months

Biggest Things You Learned During Your Transformation?Building muscle and burning fat are slow processes.
