I never thought that taking bcaas was worth the money but I ended up being talked into to taking some by a friend and man am I glad I did. My recovery is much faster now and I'm barely ever sore anymore. And the mixibility of aminox is great just a few shakes and you got no clumps or anything, not to mention the price is unbeatable. I'm definitely gonna be buying this product again in the future.
This product is great. I have the green apple flavor and it tastes like a jolly rancher. I havent noticed increase benefits from using this specific amino drink, but the taste is great and its a fantasticc price. Good for pre, intra, or post workout. Great Product!
I've tried multiple flavors or bsn's aminoX. They all taste great, mix well with water, unlike many other bcaa's. I recommend them over all of the other products I've tried. You can mix it with 8 oz of water, or do a big batch. It still tastes great, and mixes well, no matter how much. Normally sweet drinks intra-workouts make me sick. But these do not, and that's enough for me.
Lots of leucine, great taste, just wish it had a little less "filler" But a lot of that is the effervescence, which gives it a unique and awesome flavor. So that's why it still gets a 4 from me.
After an back injury that left me scared to do deadlifts or squats for over 10 years, I've slowly incorporated them back into my routine. Been busting my @$$ in the gym for 2.5 months, and THIS STUFF has helped tremendously. I went from not lifting for YEARS, to 60-75% of what I was lifting 10 years ago after 2.5 months. Prior to using this, my soreness was excruciating, and recover took forever. Now that I've been taking this intra, I last longer, and can push harder. /twss But for real!! Stuff is awesome!!
Love the watermelon flavor, I use it intraworkout or when I am cutting to ensure I get a good dose of BCAA's. The Vitamin D is a huge plus all for $20, can't beat it.
i have been using BSN aminos for the past 3 months and it has been working pretty well for me. i don't get as sore after an intense workout compared to when i didn't take it. regardless of flavors, all of them tastes good although if i have to pick a favorite, it would have to be watermelon.
