Bodybuilding and supplements have changed drastically since I began training in 1981. Quality supplements were hard to find in my area in the early-mid '80s. I would stock up when traveling to competitions in larger cities. Beverly's liver tabs became one of my favorites. After college, I carried them in my slacks' pockets for a quick protein fix. This product is a great addition to supplementation if you have a regular weightlifting routine. It has vitamins plus supplies iron to the bloodstream. I like this product as it helps to build muscle.

Good complement supplement to mass amino acids which is the one that has helped put on muscle mass. Not sure how much it does by itself unless you need iron.
I am a competitor that is doing a precontest diet to trim down just in case I decide to do a show. I use this supplement to stabilize me and to help me maintain muscle while dieting and still lifting heavy. I couple this with mass aminos.
This is one product you can't go wrong with. It will take a while (about 2 weeks) then you'll start noticing slight increases in strength, muscle endurance, and a better pump while working out. I have noticed that you have to slowly increase your daily intake to the 1 tab per 10 pounds of body weight, otherwise you may have some stomach discomfort. This product can replace your whey protein, if your eating enough whole food protein, however I like to use it along with whey, just using whey protein upon awakening and post workout, and use ultra 40 throughout the day. You can and will get on swole using this however nothing works unless you do.
I take this as a suggested stack. I take with the amino acid pills and the select creative and the mass maker protein. I can't review on just the one product. When doing the whole stack I have noticed lean muscle mass gains. I like it all. The pills don't have a bad flavor. They are large and I have choked a couple of times out of the 1000 pills (500 per bottle). If you take the suggested amount which I do they only last 1 month. It's a ton of pills to take a day. I take 36 of these large pills a day between the 40's and aminos. Overall I would continue to buy until I reach my goals, then take less or something else to maintain what I have achieved.
The product is great ...been using it for years but what I really want to comment on is the amazing service at Tiger Fitness. I take three of these with three of Mass Aminos and the results are too good to be true. I've taken a lot of B.S supps over the years and this stack is the only thing that's ever delivered for me. I even stopped taking protein powders. And if you're like me and have never been able to eat the right foods this stuff is a lifesaver(of course you still have to eat). Been on Ultra 40 for about 4 months and my workouts and poundages have gone thru the roof. At present taking 25 a day and lifting more than I have ever lifted. For me, it helps on my recovery as well. And have gained an inch on upper arms
