Didn't work at all. Tried it a bunch. BTW adding p5p would make it work better. And straight GABA doesn't absorb well.

I can’t say it helps me fall asleep, but I sleep better (stay asleep, don’t toss and turn looking at the clock every hour) while using it. You will need a stick of dynamite to break up the product in order to use the scoop.

I quit drinking years ago, 2 years sober and have had issues sleeping well since. I’ve taken everything from generic sleep aids, nightly melatonin, to prescription off labeling sleep meds with some success. After trying multiple bodybuilding supplements for sleep/recovery like soma from HTP and knocked the F out from 5%. Anesthetized is hands down to BEST option! Do yourself a favor and get a tub or two! I take it with growth from Blackstone Labs 30-45 mins before lights out. Also, I feel more energized and ready for my day, in and out of the gym, even after only 5-6 hours of sleep with a scoop of this stuff!

This helps me sleep really well, I used to take well over 100mg of Melatonin every night, the only bad thing about using this every night is sometimes you sleep too much due to the groggy effect initially upon waking up. But once up and blood flowing and caffeine in place you feel great, this is my second favorite MTS sleep being my first, however MTS sleep has been out of stock for 4 months now so I've had to find a replacement and it looks like this is it.

after your body is beat, not just from the gym, but after a long day of rucking and your body aches. I find comfort in knowing, once I get to my chu and take this stuff, my body will feel like in a trance, pain melts away and I knock out happily. tho it is a challenge to open the bottle knowing that it will smell like a sweaty locker room, but the taste is great, mixes easy as well. I recommend to try it, it will help you relax your body. though it doesn't really make you sleepy it just helps you get there and help you feel refreshed in the morning.

I have tried a bunch of different sleep aids, most are completely useless. This one is the best of the ones I’ve tried. The taste is passable, not horrible but not good. Everyone reacts differently to sleep aids this is for people with real difficulty sleeping, that lets you justify the high price point almost $2 per serving. It also doesn’t contain melatonin, which is actually a good thing. Melatonin is not an expensive Supplement, it’s also ineffective for most people, if you do respond well, to it you can easily stack it with this product. This isn’t a perfect product, but the most effective one in it’s category.
