Directions:

I have been taking this along with hard extreme and seeing differences in many ways. My energy levels and sleep have been perfect. Seems to be helping with overall stress and am seeing results in the gym.
I am only a few days in, but feel like I sleep a little better. Have more power to push through a heavy workout day. I have to thank tigerfitness USPS lost my order, called TF and had a order the next day.
Took a long time to ship my item and their excuse was “we had the wrong inventory count and didn’t have the product to ship you”. Customer service did nothing about it when I emailed them twice. Don’t sell what you don’t have on the shelf!
I've bought Core Alpha several times in the past after watching one of Mark Lobliner's reviews on YouTube and I've definitely noticed results each time. I don't record numbers like some guys at the gym, I just note what my progress is mentally. One of the biggest advantages for me is greater strength on days when I'm doing weights, more motivation and desire to stay longer at the gym, and overall increased performance and strength.
Without metrics to compare to, its hard for me to say this isn't snake oil since there are definitely products out there that don't guarantee anything. But if you take Core Alpha as directed with a solid diet and cycle off of it every two months, you will notice a difference. Definitely worth the $60 price!
I always experience effects of increase test from this product - more alpha male feeling, increase libido, oily skin, better recovery and sleep, etc. Plus, I have had blood work taken before and during supplementation, with no other changes, and have seen the marked increases in my numbers. Just get some!
Doug puts together well formulated products. he N-DAA in this seems to work better then stand alone DAA and less stomach issues. 7KETO dhea in here is also interesting as he is one of the only people I see using it. STack it with core test for 8 weeks for some solid strength increase
Core Alpha is a solid product with a well-researched and effective formula. I noticed strength gains as well as an improvement of body composition while taking it. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about training and consistent with their diet, and training regime.
D-aspartic acid in powder form hurts my stomach and mostly liquifies everything in my stomach. This product doesn't bother me at all, I stack it with MTS insurgent for a nice increase in strength and libido.
This product gave me extremely painful migraines the day after i took it. Not sure what was wrong but maybe an allergy to an ingredient? Wouldn’t recommend
Wasn't too sure in the beginning, but after 8-10 days I noticed a considerable cognitive improvement in recall and focus. Solid product and Doug knows what he is doing. I love core products because everything is dosed the way it should be. This is not a test booster, this is a cognitive enhancer and hormone balancer. It does what it describes.
The product produced noticeable results. Libido was through the roof and natural energy was great. I would definitely recommend, but the price is pretty high.
If i dont feel like mixing powder or if MTS Barricuda is out of stock, this is what i get. The extra intensity i get is bad ass. I feel it better taking two before bedtime rather than one pre workout and one later.
This product put my prolactin and estrogen levels through the roof, even when stacked with CORE HARD. Before you buy do some research on DAA and prolactin/estrogen interaction. While using this product I experienced a loss of strength and muscle mass, puffy nipples, water retention, loss of libido, and extreme headaches. If used, this needs to be combined with a very strong AI.
I'm a 37 year old Male and it's been years since trying a Test product. Only been a couple weeks, but I've noticed nothing. Given that it's ~$50, I wouldn't recommend it and I won't be buying it again.
After 4 or 5 days, I noticed A strong uptick in my aggression in the gym. Downside, it doesn't just stay in the gym, I have become more irritable for sure. Taking note of that, I can take better care to not be a jerk. I strongly recommend stacking with Core Hard. (i haven't tried it without Hard, but why not). I do recommend this and will likely buy this again in a couple months.
I've actually dropped like 10 lbs and started to lean out...however I think that might be the food I'm eating. I do see an increase in strength though!
This is a great bulking supplment I've tried this at a maintence and nothing really except leanness when I bulk with this I stay very lean and I gained 10 ibs of lean mass In a surplus " put a half inch on my arms I would recommend this so anyone who wants some size
I havent had any more of those lethargic "man I have any motivation to go to the gym" days since I got this stuff. Nothing but heavy and hard workouts. I'm cycling off of it now (30 on, 30 off), and am interested in how I will do off of it.
The Core Alpha is a great stack when combined with the Core Hard. Both seemed to speed up my metabolism and influence great training sessions. I would recommend buying 2 30-month supplies to really see the effects.
I've had very good results with this. Strength stamina and focus all improved and I usually don't take full dose(I forget the pm dose) Wish it was a full months supply...but overall 4.5 stars.
