I’ve been using this for over ten years. Amazing for recovery after the gym as well as digestive health benefits. I’ll never stop using this product as long as I exist. Both flavors are ok.
Been using Glutamine Select for five years and always find digestion works better
when using it. Also helps with stress and clarity of mind and seems to help
protein absorbtion at least subjectively.
I used to only use this around extreme workouts or endurance events, but recently started using it daily during Spartan training. The quicker you recover the quicker you can resume intense training. Good stuff.
While the select ingredients are decent, minus sucralose and corn syrup, the taste is not great. I previously used mts machine fuel and thought I'd try something new. Going back to machine fuel.
Thanks again TF, upon competing in my 1st competition I used all BI products. And that was in 2009. Glutemine Select is one if my favorites. Keeps the soreness down and gives me that just enough boost. I'm preparing to compete next year and are working on it now. Its a great product. Thanks.
This is a great product for muscular endurance and muscle recovery; Iâ??ve used it for a couple years and love it. The flavor is decent enough to sip during a long workout.
This product is great! Taste is great! It Is priced ok. As you are buying both glutamine and bcaa's as one. If you were to seperate then to buy from anywhere else you would end up paying more! This container last about a month. With 1-2 scoops a day after weight training. I also like to mix the creatine with it.. Those two flavors together after a workout are good
I've been using this product for 7 years and have yet to find anything that comes close in regards to reducing muscle soreness. The value is also hard to beat, not a bad price per canister for the number of servings.

This company makes very high quality supplements and I use many of them. This one is my favorite! Its not gritty, or too sweet. It mixes well and I can feel a difference in my training when I take it. Another wonderful product by Beverly. And NO- I don't work for the company- I just love their products!
