How to take 7-Keto MuscLean
- Caffeine-tolerant users: take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 more capsules 4-6 hours later.
- Caffeine-sensitive users: start with 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule 4-6 hours later. After one week, move to 2 and 2. After two weeks, move to the full 3 and 3 if tolerated.
- Avoid your second dose late in the day so the caffeine does not affect sleep.
- At the full dose of 6 capsules per day, one bottle lasts about 15 days.
7-Keto MuscLean vs Lean Out: which one do you need?
They do different jobs, which is why Beverly recommends running them together. 7-Keto MuscLean is the thermogenic: it contains caffeine and targets metabolic rate and energy.* Lean Out is stimulant-free: it uses lipotropics like choline, inositol, methionine and L-carnitine plus chromium to support fat transport and carbohydrate metabolism.* If you are sensitive to stimulants, start with Lean Out. If you want both energy and metabolic support, stack the two.
Who 7-Keto MuscLean is for
- Anyone training hard on a calorie-restricted diet, including contest prep and cutting phases.
- Men and women over 40 who want support for a slowing metabolism.*
- People on keto, low-carb or any structured diet who want steady energy without a harsh stimulant load.*
Frequently asked questions
Does 7-Keto MuscLean have caffeine?
Yes. Each 3-capsule serving provides about 110 mg of caffeine from guarana extract, plus green tea extract. At the full daily dose of two servings, that is roughly the caffeine of two to three cups of coffee. Account for any other caffeine you use, including pre-workout.
Is 7-Keto the same as DHEA?
No. 7-Keto (7-keto DHEA) is a metabolite of DHEA, but unlike DHEA it does not convert into testosterone or estrogen in the body.
How long does a bottle of 7-Keto MuscLean last?
The bottle has 90 capsules, which is 30 servings of 3 capsules. Taken at the full recommended dose of 3 capsules twice a day, it lasts about 15 days. At one serving per day it lasts 30 days.
Can I take 7-Keto MuscLean with Lean Out?
Yes. Beverly International designs them as a stack, and most users run both together. 7-Keto MuscLean supplies the thermogenic side and Lean Out supplies stimulant-free lipotropic support.
Can tested athletes use 7-Keto MuscLean?
7-keto DHEA appears on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List. If you compete in a drug-tested sport or federation, check your organization's banned substance list before using it.
Why did my skin get warm or red after taking it?
That is most likely the niacin. A mild, temporary flush is a known effect of niacin in some people and usually fades within 15-30 minutes.
