You can definitely feel and see a difference within 2 weeks. From a strength perspective I could feel a difference in my lifts when I ran out, especially when coupled with Beverley's Density product. Order enough, don't run out ! Lol.
i have PCOS and therefore low level of carnitine, i'm taking quadracarn on a regular basis. i have also noticed veins popping out on my arms and legs which never usually happens
This product really does what it says. I'm 44 years old and I never felt better when taken this product. I reAlly haven't notice the bedroom effects that it talks about on a regular basis, but I do notice a difference in my workouts, complexion and energy levels.
Unless I'm completely water depleted, I am never vascular. After just a few days of taking Quadracarn, I have been maintaining a much harder and vascular look. I also noticed that I feel more alert and focused throughout the day. This is definitely a supplement worth buying. I love the results!
Increased energy and weight does seem to be coming off easier. Muscle soreness after work outs seems to be reduced. Some of it's claims cannot actually be noticed easily.
Not certain just how this nutritional supplement functions yet I am satisfied by the up in performance it has provided me within a few short days of adding to my fitness regiments. I'm into ironman type firmness and fitness training so its a nice up in boost! Nice feel too! Not Superman bu certainly close!
