Taken this on and off for years but want to remain consistent with it because it really does make me feel good. After about 3 days I start feeling more locked in. The only thing bringing it down is I can’t tell if it is better than the old formula.
I take 2 in the morning on an empty stomach. It not only gives you energy and reduces inflammation, but as someone who suffered from an anuerysm it helps with brain fog and memory.
the first thing I noticed was there is definitely wasabi in here. Also, the energy from the teacrine is great for a morning supplement. I noticed the niacin effects quickly as well. It helps my skin look nice and my face…I swear I look younger and more energized. Will definitely experiment taking this for a longer term spin and see how it goes. Excited.
I bought 3x bottles of this Nad+ supplement because of the good reviews but they did absolutely Nothing! I am 44 so I was expecting to see an increase in energy, or some weight loss etc but Nothing!
Since NAD is something that is supposed to give you long term benefits it’s hard to know if it’s working or not
I’ve been taking it now for a little over 3 months and honestly can’t tell if it’s doing anything or not
From what I’ve read it’s supposed to give you energy and focus, which for me it does nothing in that department
But It’s only 2 pills a day and it’s not that expensive so if it does what they claim in the long term then it’s worth the money
I guess I’ll just have to wait and see
Nad3 is a really good product.it has enhanced my muscle gains significantly.i don't know if it's because of increased cell production or what but it really has helped me reach my goal of increasing lean muscle.this is my second bottle and have really started to notice I stay focused also throughout the day.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I started taking these pills. Within a week, I noticed I was able to think more clearly... No longer seemed to be on a continual fog. I have to say this product has made significant improvements to my energy, mental focus, and memory. I took a solid 2 weeks to notice a definite improvement that is steady and and all day long. It really works! I wish there was a few more studies on this stuff but it definitely does what it claims. I started taking it because I was always tired even after sleeping eight hours every night. Enjoyed these and they are pretty close to conventional pancakes...you can also sub an egg for some of the water and they will be a little more fluffy. Add peanut butter and fruit and you can easily hit 400+ calories....makes for a good breakfast if you're bulking.

I have been taking NR for 3 months now, and I have noticed a steady increase in my endurance. It has helped me push harder in the gym and even during cardio, I find that I can get through cardio and bring my heart rate and breathing down to normal very quickly.
