Directions:

Was delivered late, but the Tiger Fitness team made up for it by sending some swag, which was much appreciated. The product has been giving me the energy I need at the gym, great product!
Great pump, highly suggest it! I have used it in the morning at 6am, at night 8pm, it's amazing. I used to have trouble sleeping if I worked out late but that is not a factor anymore, I have no problem.
Taste of the green apple was fantastic. Great pump and really gave me a rush. Price of the product is very cheap compared to other pre-workouts. Overall I would recommend to a friend.
BOOM! I got the blue raspberry flavor. Taste like medicine and cleaner. Gave me good focus and pep but I feel like it took longer to get a pump. I use pre workouts often though so that could be why! Felt like the Jack3D Micro worked better for me. 4/5 for the caffeine boost and focus 1/5 for taste!
Jack3d is a great pre workout product, it gives me great energy and focus to get those extra pumps in. The only real con is that once you have gotten used to it, it no longer really gives you that satisfying rush so as long as you dont over use it should be fine so far not very many complains other than how tired you feel after the buzz wears off, but by then you should be tired from a good tense workout!
I used to take this stuff and it was insane, I've never been in better shape. But be VERY cautious about the amount you consume and frequency. TAKE DAYS OFF. I have a heart condition and I definitely felt some of the weird side effects (Jittery, almost too focused, and more but it's been a couple years since I took it). I was going to purchase it again until I Googled, "Jack3d Reviews," and found this: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/02/14/business/death-after-use-of-jack3d-shows-gap-in-regulation.html?_r=0 Obviously that is a worst case scenario but just be cautious about taking it and take a break if you feel any of the unusual side effects.
Have been trying several pre workouts throughout this year to truly get a grasp on what works for me personally. SInce the begining of my fitness experience, Jack3d has always given me the best energy, focus, and pump.
Like everyone it seems, I miss the old original formula with DMAA. But this one is still awesome. Everyone who reviews it with a chemistry or health science degree will say the same thing: they took out the good stuff and increased the caffeine. I get it. The reformulation was more than that, though. I'm not educated enough to talk on most of it, but I do know the end result is a very clean, non-jittery energy burst and clean pump at the gym. I've used two containers so far and love it. Furthermore, I am a diabetic and was cleared to use it by my doc. So for anybody who suffers from the 'beetus, know that at least one doctor out there approves the product. Still, check with your own doctor first. :)
Best pre-work out out there. The old formula was actually better than this one and I think you can guess why. This one is still really good and will give you that extra kick needed with a great pump.

Ive tried many pre workouts light up, white flood, assulte, and a bunch none none of those did shit for me. jacked advance gives me energy after a long day of work to hit the gym hard and focus to were i want to hit abs after my workout even when it isnt ab day. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome pre workout and i also stack with hemmavole to get a bigger pump which is a great combo!
Was a big fan of the original Jack3d and the Advanced formula gives me similar focus and energy that the original did. Great pre-workout, especially for those who are looking for something to replace Driven Sports Craze. 5/5 and 2 thumbs up!
Just came in the mail today and wow did i have one hell of a work out! I didn't feel cracked out but shit did i feel the ENERGY and PUMP! i was putting up weight i could never really do before. Clean long lasting Energy and no crash. What else could you ask for?
I have uesd jack 3d three times now. i love it. how ever i found they too out one ingrediant. that I liked. i was told about this site. so I am hopeing I can get back too where i was, if you take it right you should never have a problem. so please take it right. and dont mess it up for the rest who do. thanks
Fast acting energy boost! At times, I have little endurance to work out. After I take Jack 3d, I feel much more energized and my lifts are much more successful.
The original jack3d formula is by far the best tasting, best working pre workout I have ever took em. The taste is amazing, the pump is crazy, and the energy is RAW. I recommend this pre work out as a must have in your stack
