Versa Gripps Correct Sizing Chart: One Size Does Not Fit All
How do I determine the correct size for my wrist? To determine the correct size of Versa Gripps please wrap the tape measure all the way around your wrist (directly over your wrist bone). The size of Versa Gripps is not determined by your hand size but your wrist circumference. Use this link below to print off a life-size ruler you can cut around and use to measure around your wrist. (See the Picture Below for the Correct Placement of the tape measure around your wrist.) Printable Paper Ruler
Does one size fit all? No. The sizes are based on your wrist circumference. The only difference in the sizes is the length of the strap around your wrist. If you order a size that is too big, then the wrist strap will be too long and the hook & loop will not adequately align. Please see our size chart.
How tight should Versa Gripps fit around my wrists? Versa Gripps are ergonomically designed to fit snug, but not tight, around your wrists.
How far up on my extended hand, should the top of the grip come? After putting on the Versa Grip, hold your hand up facing you. The top of the gripping portion should land just above the first knuckle of your index and middle finger, from the base of your fingers. If you want it longer, simply loosen the wrist strap slightly, and allow the end of the gripping portion to move toward the tip of your fingers. What STYLE of Versa Gripps should I buy? This depends upon how you workout, your personal preferences, your wrist circumference and hand size.
The FIT Series is designed to meet the needs of a smaller built person. The gripping portion is made of a unique "no slip" custom engineered material made exclusively for Power Gripps USA. This is the same material used on the Pro Series as well. This material is hypoallergenic, anti-bacterial and anti-microbial. Designed for an ultra-sleek fit, the Fit Gripps have been scaled down to a more user-friendly size for a smaller hand. The strap around the wrist is 1" wide as opposed to the Classic or Pro Series wrist strap which measured 1 ½" wide. The narrower strap allows for greater wrist flexibility. Excellent choice for frequent lifting and all around training for that sculpted and toned look.

The Classic Series is a good overall product. The wrist strap is 1 ½" wide and the gripping portion is longer than the Fit Grip and a bit shorter than the Pro Series. The gripping portion, the section that wraps around the bar, is textured and slightly thicker than the Fit and Pro Series. Excellent choice for frequent lifting and all around training.

I purchased these versa grips , and let me just tell you wow!!!, I never expected how great they would work, from deadlifts to shoulder shrugs , and basically every back workout it just makes it so easy, I choose these over wrist wraps any day. The padding keeps from tearing the skin on your wrist. Best investment ever. Plus they make you look badass. Highly recommend.
Adds confident grip strength. Sizes run large. I wear wrist straps under so they fit properly. Neoprene gave (totally separated) about about a year in to use (2-3 pull workouts a week).
They are a little more pricey than straps and even hooks, but their functionality is far superior. I use mine several days a week and they have proven durable and effective.
This product is great for lifting heavy or going until grip failure. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys heavy pull days. I hope this review helps!
Overall they are great for any heavy pull. They are bit spendy, if you compare them to lifting straps, so I would call them "Luxury Equipment" TF's price is more than fare and their service and shipping are top notch!
I love them they really help with lifting. When I'm doing heavy dead lifts the grips allow me to hold the weight longer then if I didn't have any gloves on or straps.
They are amazing I've used traditional straps for a while now I'm a big animalpak fan so I had theirs for over a year now I've been wanting to try these and was I used them it sold me on them I'll never use anything else besides Versa grips AMAZING PRODUCT

Just received them in the mail last week. I have only used them once in the gym for pulling movements and they have been great. I look forward to them helping my deadlifts and other Big lifts this next month, which is April. They feel great putting them on, so far I have not gotten them sweaty or woren. Nothing to complain about, they are great!
The grips are absolutely amazing, however the size only has small/large no medium. My wrist are exactly 8" so I got the large but lifting as heavy as I do means that these will soon break in and be a little too big. I should've gotten small. But the way the ordering and sizing is set up I chose the wrong size. Other than that these are the best thing I've gotten in a while for lifting and I couldn't be happier.
Really good workout straps they are awesome.. They feel really good aound your wrist the grips on your palm feel really good when you grab the bars would definitely recommend them!!!!
Ive been watching Marc?s youtube channel for sometime now. And am excited to try the mts range-mostly vasky, and Mts whey - pumpkin pie. Especially as i plan on competing in my six show here 25 weeks from now. I wanted to get a pair of versa Gripps as I?ve used straps for a long time, but with all the rubber coating on the bars and machines, it makes it challenging to wrap them around. I was very happy to see that tiger fitness carried the pro range, in the colors i wanted as its quite hard to get any here that aren?t black or pink. Shipping was fast for economy, and i was very pleased. Upon my return back to canada from aussie, i will be ordering more often from Tigerfitness.com I will also be recommending it to my fellow competitors. I love my own versa grips so I ordered a pair for my wife. Messed up sizing she was between a small and an x small so I went up instead of down a size. Did not work out correctly products arrived timely and packed with care thank you Marc for creating a company which holds itself to higher standards than most others out there!!!
Once I used versa gripps on a pull day my mind was made up. Hence I let my lifting buddy try them and ordered these for him straight away it really does beat any strap or other hook that is supposed to do the same thing. But once you did a pull day with these you will never want to be without and that's no joke. After 4 years of lifting with straps no more wrist pain and the mind muscle connection is more intense because you don't even have to think about your grip.
