The flavor reminds me of Sunny D. Easier to take than the pill multi vitamins I was taking. Good price for the amount and ease of taking. I haven't used it long enough to tell if there's a noticeable difference between what I was talking before. I didn't realize how tall this thing was until I got it. It doesn't fit in my refrigerator. Seems fine unrefrigerated. Just keep the size in mind if you order the gallon size.

I've been taking this for 15 years - an excellent multivitamin. HOWEVER, I'm disappointed that the company changed the bottle with the auto-measure (now comes with a cup attached on top AND the flavor is now a citrus vs previous berry-type flavoring. I do not know if the actual formula has changed as I don't have any of the old bottles to compare. I emailed the company to inquire about these issues - disappointed with no response to date. Thus, I rated 4 stars.
