Very pleased with this supplement. Very easy to swallow, zero digestive issues, although it's difficult to tell when Vitamin C is working effectively, what I can say is that I teach high school and have been around scores of high schools kids getting covid, or at least testing positive for it, and I have chugged right along. From this, my take-away is that my immune system is working just fine. Perhaps better than just fine. I do equate Vitamin C with a well functioning immune system.

Just so we are clear, I have been passing these to friends and family like its candy to help prevent COVID for them. I personally take 6000mg a day and it has been helping me for all kinds of prevention, other than the general health, i am allergic to dogs and have not broken out while house-sitting for a family member and i was in a smoky environment anddddd no one had on masks and i am still going strong.. I love the product because my mother used to give me high absorbancy back in the 80's and this reminds me of it. This product has helped someone like me with a genetically weak immune system, stay sick free for over 4 months now. I just pop a few extra anytimei feel a little itchy throat or sinus headache come. Im not sure but it may have helped me through a hangover too. lol Anyway, hurry up and buy this if you are looking for one product that optimally boost your immune system.
