I noticed a small gain in size and vascularity, but the most significant gain was in strength. My deadlift went up 100lbs. Things in my normal day were far less troublesome. All together, it was a pretty decent product.

Use it after the workout I’m 70 and do strength training it’s for my recovery I lift heavy weights weight 240 the numbers I move are regarded as impossible like sitting triceps warm up my body weight

This stuff is great and you can really feel a difference. Shoutout to Cernovich who recommended it. Definitely worth it for cardio days at a minimum, and I use it for lifting days now too.

I’ve been taking it with my first meal of the day. It has pushed my workouts to the next level! I am lifting more and getting a fatter pump. It mixes pretty well and has a good taste to it. Easy to drink and works wonders.
I just finished a four week cycle on Trenabol, Took half a tablet twice a day for two weeks and then the full dose for the remaining two weeks. I got amazing results lean muscle mass , strength recovery was amazing. The first 3 weeks I would not be sore after a gym session. Had a few minor side effects No big deal. Have to admit that the product does what it says it does would definitely recommend to Others.

Dense, tasty, and filling. But also higher in calories than similar bars. I’m doing weight watchers and these are 9 points per. Very good, but I have to be conscientious when to have them. Definitely more of a meal than a snack. But so so good
I take this every day now. Started as part of pre workout on cardio days, and worked so well I use it for every workout day. I also use it before I cut my lawn. Sustained high performance.
