I have to say

Nothing earth shattering but I will give this the benefit of the doubt yes do this has helped my physique but nothing earth shattering. I will say this though, Hi-Tech as a company as far as customer service via email does not exist and for some reason I think they could care less! Points for quality and ease of digestion from what I have found. No odd flavors or taste funk associated with this item in my experience.
