It didn’t completely wipe away my appetite but it did help with hunger and some random cravings. Have been using it for a couple weeks now and maybe with more use it will increase its benefits. So far, I would recommend this to some one looking to help with snacking randomly throughout the day and such.
This is my favorite ambrosia product. I have never seen anything similar on the market. I have no appetite at all while I'm on it, no side effects. Nothing. Just the absence of hunger. If I wouldn't have tried it I'd think it's a lie cause it's almost too good to be true but it seriously works.

I do feel less hungry! I can’t say it’s 100% keeping me off munchies and snacking, but at least I definitely think less about food and my stomach feels ok after 6pm when I don’t eat. Usually I’d have something after dinner, a few snacks. Reducing that helps me to lose weight.

I was so so excited to receive these. I've been on a weight loss journey and eat 1400-1500 calories a day with lots of water and used to follow the advice of AR. These did nothing, I bought 3 months worth and, if anything, I felt hungrier. I did reach out asking if I'm taking these correctly but I didn't get a reply. I wonder if the people who are losing weight on these, are simply losing weight due to following a calorie restrictive diet, hence losing weight. There was then an incentive to leave positive reviews for a voucher so I question the authenticity of the reviews, I don't think I can be the only one who thinks this product isn't great. I've given it 2 stars as I liked the packaging and they were packed well.
I hate to leave a review being so honest but I was influenced to buy these, and they're not cheap so I did feel pretty upset that they did absolutely nothing to curb any hunger at all.
I love this stuff. I take with my last meal of the day and no longer have fat kid late night cravings. My stomach feels at ease and makes fasting intermittent fasting easier.
I’ve tried a few supplements known for suppressing appetites and they all made me feel hungrier including this one. (Yes I drink lots of water - between 120oz to 140oz daily.)
I giving this supplement 4 starts because it didn’t work for me but I think appetite suppressants just do the opposite for me in general.

I use it for two month now and it is mind boggling how great this stuff works. I lost almost 8 kgs and only spend about half on what I used to on groceries. It really makes you re-think how you buy groceries and how you eat. I do intermittent fasting (I do it bc of my job and it works best with my lifestyle) and it helps me not to feel hungry until the early afternoon. I haven't binged in two months and don't have crazy cravings for sweets and chips. In addition I lost about 3 inches around my belly button and other body parts. Can recommend everyone to try it, for me it works wonders.
This product is amazing and does actually work. Suppresses your want to binge and snack. It also makes you get fuller quicker so you eat smaller portions. There have been no side effects. If you are trying to lose weight and find it difficult to diet due to hunger this product will definitely help.

Has practically eliminated my afternoon into the evening hunger. Boredom desire to snack managed as well - sure I want something because I'm bored but I'm actually not controlled by that want. Took a few days to start working. I also take at lunch. Track calories to make sure you're eating enough! Lots of water - add in some electrolytes as well.
