Kara, you did it again! Another recipe that you can, literally, make your own! In this recipe, you can make this with any flavor of our MTS Machine Whey Protein. Adding your favorite flavor of MTS Protein powder to this pancake recipe will give you a delicious and nutritious breakfast!

1 scoop of your favorite MTS Machine Whey Protein
6 egg whites
2 tbs. Splenda
2 tbs. almond milk
Cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Get frying pan hot and spray with non stick oil.
Pour onto pan and cover.
Once the bottom is firm and brown, flip and cook the other side until done.
The pancake should be cooked enough when you flip it so it will not break.
Sprinkle cinnamon and Splenda to the top of pancake.
