How much ya’ bench? The age-old question asked to guys who have big, barrel-chests and an impressive build. Normally, people with big chests can lift a lot of weight. In fact, I have never seen anyone with a powerful, impressive build not be able to put up a few hundred pounds on the bench press or a variation of it like dumbbell bench press and machine press. Why is this?
Progressive overload.
Progressive overload is the practice of overloading the muscle with more volume, frequency, or in most cases, load (amount of weight) over a period of time. This guide is all about the chest. For 12 weeks we will focus on the chest while still paying ample attention to the other body parts to keep them on par with the chest. We will also tell you what to do after the 12 weeks and we will give you general diet guidelines to fuel these intense workouts. I cannot make any specific guarantees, but I will guarantee this – Follow this program 100% and you will have a bigger, more defined, and stronger chest in only 12 weeks. Start today – there is no time to waste!

This book really emphasized on the core things you need to build a big chest, my chest struggled to gain size, even strength but with the help of this book, I've been able to pack on the size pretty quickly.
It was a good read. Informational. But when it came down to the breakdown of the exercises, I got lost a bit. I wrote everything down, but I’m still a little confused, but I’ll work it out eventually. But all-in-all that is why I only gave 3 stars.
I've been looking EVERYWHERE for something different for a chest routine. I'm a certified trainer but sometimes you need a different perspective and this has really kicked it up. I'm already seeing strength and size gains.
This is a really thought through program and not some cookie cutter IG plan.
Try this to break that plateau you will really enjoy it.
My experience was superb. Don't know if people from abroad qualify for this. I'm not writing the review for $100. But sincerely wanna thank Marc for his help for people like me. Any person would charge bomb for his free book but he gave for free. Even if he charged wouldn't mind buying coz his info is gold. Thank you Marc and u exactly showed how to build chest professionally. May God bless you, your family and your team. One word again it's GOLD
First let me say how outstanding this company is. They are 100% customer service oriented and have the supplements and gear most sites do not.
I just recently began the training regimen outlined in the 12 Weeks to a Bigger Chest, and it has been tough but I am starting to see the results both in the weight room and in the mirror.
My experience with this program has been great! I really like how you keep the same exercises the whole time and just change the rep ranges and intensity techniques. Have really been able to progress on the exercises and chest has just blown up!!
I'm currently just getting started with this program, but I'm very happy with it so far. So awesome mark made it available for free to everyone, and I can't wait to see my results.
Haven’t hit the gym in awhile and Just started twelve weeks to a bigger chest and am already more vascular and grew a quarter inch on my chest in two weeks
I’m still in the middle phases of using it but I will tell you this my chest especially the lower is experiencing contractions like never before. I’ve always struggled to engage the bottom. I’ve learned that my reps and sets was just to low. Actually pushing myself to 8 reps caused my upper to burn out and depend on the whole chest which I’m returned, contracted my whole muscle group. Just give it a try no matter what level your in. I’ve been training for over 10 years and this just made sense.
I have been doing this program since it came out and its great. I like how it forces you to do progressive overload. That is missing from a lot of programs.
