First want to thank Marc for directing me to his book to download. Change is always a good thing to keep your muscles shock, good muscle stimulation. I thought I was going to breeze through these workouts lol Nope. Quit intense going from warm up to almost max lifts. Enjoying the work outs now that I'm getting the hang of it and am starting to mix it up a little keeping the warm up and sets the same just changing variety of exercises so I hit more individual muscle groups Have noticed a quicker recovery, Im seeing my back and legs responding then a couple weeks later my chest popped so far so good
I have been using the program for a couple of weeks, training upper/lower 4 days a week. I have been able to progressive overload in both weight and reps. I definitely recommend giving it a try !!

Very short guide but it's great advice/tips. I switched from a bodybuilding split to an upper/lower split like outlined in this guide, and my strength has gone way up since.
