Gives Me a Good energy level , that last for the duration of My workout. Usually an Hour too an Hour and a Half. On Bi's & Tri's My Veins stick out like straws under my skin !! Vascular is awesome I'm 65 and train 5 Days a week. I could not do it without Pump HD!! If You want a Full Pump in Your Muscles ! It does it for Me !!!
