Directions:
Begin by consuming 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Any extra sensory effects of the skin while using CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine are and may subside after continuous use. Mix 1-3 scoops with 6-8oz of water or your beverage of choice 20-30 minutes before your workout. Consume at least one serving on your on your non-training days as well at any time. CarnoSyn Beta Alamine can be used post workout or any other time during the day.

Could feel this product working the first time I tried it. I take two scoops pre workout and it delays fatigue. Over time this product will give you gains!
Love Beta Alanine. Great quality product with lots of studies to back it up. Be sure to start with one scoop and increase your dosage over time. After a week of dosing I can now tolerate 3 grams twice daily to get maximum performance benefits. Will certainly re-up when I'm low.

no bitter aftertaste, easily mixable, easy to read instructions. recommend to anyone needing to add Beta-Alanine to the mix. mixed it with my intra workout and have mixed it with my non stim pre does not affect the taste at all.
