Not much to tell, I am 71 and I take it everyday, and I workout with 25lb dumbbells for my back and traps and I also squat with them, and then I grab 1 25lb by both ends and do curls. Then I take 15 lbs for my rear delts , pushups and several other body weight exercises. Creatine works great for me.
