This stuff is great and you can really feel a difference. Shoutout to Cernovich who recommended it. Definitely worth it for cardio days at a minimum, and I use it for lifting days now too.
Stuff is amazing!! It got rid of my afternoon crash the first time taking it. I now take it every day at noon and my afternoons are great! I actually have energy after work when I get home and don’t feel like I need to take a power nap. You don’t get the caffeine rush feeling like you do with energy drinks but you still feel energized if that makes sense. It’s hard to explain.
You WILL have better workouts right away while taking this + creatine... but the real magic starts showing up after you've taken this stuff for a couple months.
Seriously, you have to try this for yourself to understand it. Soreness is WAY less noticeable, and workouts have more oomf than you would think from something without a stimulant.

Thanks to Marc Lobliner, I trust his product reviews and his perspective in the Fitness and Nutrition space, I tried GoBHB, and wow. I used to drink Celsius and Bloom and more energy drinks daily. I’d be in the gym and all of the sudden crash. And if I hit the gym in the evening my sleep was messed up. After coffee in the morning, I love my coffee, I take approx 5g with 5g of creatine then another of the same dose before the gym.

From the Tiger Fitness YouTube and FB videos I was thinking this stuff was going to be life changing. Like one dose and I was going to feel this superhuman energy and notice all these other feelings. Well, it wasn’t life changing at all until it was.
I didn’t get mega dose of energy but what I got was a sustained normal feeling that lasted until I decided to settle down for the day. No wearing out or getting tired just a sustained level of normal energy all day and evening. Over the next two weeks of using it that feeling never went away and the next thing I noticed just better sense of wellbeing. I felt more cognitive and more motivated and driven. And lastly just little things I didn’t know I was feeling and those things we think is normal little ailments, aches, in our upper 40s that just disappeared. This supplement just feel healthier.
As I said before it wasn’t life changing until you realized that it made life better. Oh and my teenager uses it as well before workouts and practices and again it’s not this major burst of energy but he doesn’t wear out until practice is over. 90 some degree weather running routes and drills then sprints at the end he’s the same speed as when he started the day. Great product and will definitely order again.
Great clean. Wish it had a little citric acid or lemon added to it, but overall goes with anything you wanna drink protein BCA’s even water just give it a good shake.

2 weeks so far I do feel the energy no crashes sleep deeper night. not sure if it's for this but I noticed since I started taking it my recovery and my energy been higher
