I've taken a lot of multi-vitamins throughout the years, and this is the only one I've ever taken where I'm actually able to FEEL a difference. This stuff is seriously incredible! Everything you need in a small package.
I imagine these are easy to take for those that don't handle pills well. Everything included is either a soft-gel or a capsule, and I promise that they're not large so problems should be minimal if not non-existent.
I've been recommending to every single person who asks what I take for years, and I don't imagine I'll be changing my response anytime soon!

I have been taking the Immortal vitamin packs for about 3 weeks now. My daily energy has increased quite a bit without the afternoon crash that use to harass me everyday. I feel the vitamins are helping me my overall health.
