Hurry While Supplies Last
Suspension Lunge
The suspension lunge trains each leg individually with the straps giving you just enough balance support to go deep and controlled. It builds the quads, glutes and hamstrings and sharpens single-leg stability.
How to Perform
- Set the straps to about chest height and hold a handle in each hand for balance.
- Stand facing the anchor and step one foot back into a split stance.
- Lower straight down until your back knee is just above the floor and your front thigh is about parallel.
- Drive through your front foot to stand back up.
- Complete your reps on one leg, then switch.
Tips
- Keep most of your weight on the front leg and use the straps only for balance.
- Lower straight down rather than leaning forward.
- Step your front foot further from the anchor to increase the challenge.
