Hurry While Supplies Last
Suspension Row
The suspension row builds a strong, thick back using nothing but your bodyweight and a strap. Because you set the difficulty with your body angle, it scales from beginner to brutal, and the constant tension makes every rep count.
How to Perform
- Set the straps to about waist height and grab a handle in each hand.
- Walk your feet forward and lean back with your arms extended, body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Keep your core braced and pull your chest to the handles by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades.
- Pause and squeeze your back at the top of the pull.
- Lower under control until your arms are straight again, keeping your body rigid.
Tips
- The more you walk your feet forward and the more horizontal you get, the harder it is.
- Lead with the elbows and think about pulling with your back, not your arms.
- Keep your hips up so your body stays in one straight line.
