2 scoops of MTS Machine Whey Chocolate Protein
¾ cup of greek yogurt
140g of avocado
1 tsp. Better Stevia Liquid Sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
2 tbs. cocoa powder
Sea salt
Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and continue to mix well.
Grab a cookie sheet and a tablespoon.
Portion out tablespoons of mixture on to a cookie sheet, don’t roll into balls yet.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Roll chocolate into balls.
Optional: Top chocolate truffle balls with cocoa dusting, powdered sugar dusting, chocolate chips, coconut shavings, sprinkles, nuts, etc. You should even try PB2 Powdered Chocolate Peanut Butter and PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter.
