About this workout
Vacation is booked and the clock is ticking. This 6 week plan is built to get you beach-ready fast: lean, sharp, and showing off the muscles that actually get seen at the beach, the shoulders, arms and abs. Five focused days a week pair muscle-defining lifts with conditioning finishers to strip fat, so you build the look and burn off what covers it. It will not perform miracles in six weeks, but combined with a tight diet it will have you walking onto the sand with confidence.
Who This Program Is For
- You have a beach trip or event in about six weeks and want to look your best.
- You can train five days a week and dial in your diet.
- You have access to a full gym.
- You already train and can handle five focused sessions.
Who this is NOT for: total beginners, who should follow a base plan first, and anyone expecting the training alone to do it. The diet is what uncovers the work.
What You'll Need
- A full gym with dumbbells, cables, a pull-up bar and kettlebells.
- A committed six week diet in a modest calorie deficit.
- A log to keep the sessions progressing.

How to Progress
Six weeks of sharpening up. Training builds and holds the muscle; the diet strips the fat.
Weeks 1 to 2. Set your weights and get the five day rhythm going. Keep the diet in a modest deficit from day one.
Weeks 3 to 4. Add a little weight or a rep where you can and push the conditioning harder. You should be leaning out steadily.
Weeks 5 to 6. Hold your strength to keep the muscle, keep the conditioning sharp, and tighten the diet for the final push. Show up to the beach looking your best.
Warm-Up and Recovery Notes
Warm up with a few minutes of easy cardio and a light set before your first lift, especially before the conditioning circuit.
Five days plus a deficit is demanding. Prioritize sleep and protein to hold your muscle while the fat comes off, and do not slash calories so hard that your training falls apart.
Nutrition and Supplementation
Getting lean is about the diet. Eat in a modest calorie deficit with high protein, around one gram per pound of bodyweight, to hold onto muscle while you lean out.
Simple support: protein powder to keep protein high while eating less, and a daily multivitamin. Keep it simple and consistent for six weeks.
FAQ
Can I get a beach body in six weeks? You can make a real, visible difference if you train hard and diet well, especially if you already have some muscle. Six weeks sharpens what is there; it will not build a whole new physique.
Why the conditioning finishers? They burn extra calories and add a bit of a pump and sweat that helps you look and feel leaner, on top of your diet doing the heavy lifting.
Should I train abs every day? No need. The ab work spread through the week here is plenty; abs are revealed by your diet, not endless crunches.
